A man is dead after a building fire that shut down Highway-35 for several hours in Buffalo County.
The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Department says the man and another person escaped the home, but the man soon had a medical emergency and died. They say it’s unclear if the medical emergency was related to the fire. The building was a total loss.
