State auditors are going to look into questions about absentee and indefinitely confined votes from November.
Lawmakers yesterday approved a state audit of the November Election. State Representative Joe Sanfelippo says the audit needs to answer questions about whether state election laws were followed, and if they were followed uniformly across the state. He says the state needs to answer those questions to restore faith in the electoral system. The head of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, Meagan Wolfe, says the election speaks for itself.
