Kyle Rittenhouse is not going back to jail, and he’s not going to have to pay more to stay free either.
A judge in Kenosha yesterday decided against changing the terms of Rittenhouse’s bail. He is free on two million-dollars bail while awaiting trial on homicide and weapons charges allegedly for shooting and killing two people during Kenosha’s night of violence back in August. Rittenhouse is living at a safe house, the judge ordered his attorney to turn that address over to the court, but then sealed it so it won’t become public.
