The Dunn County Executive Committee is considering giving voters the chance to decide if it can adjust the tax levy limit.
The committee is planning to raise the tax levy to bring in more revenue and avoid a deficit, but at the risk of having future budget issues and being forced to cut services. The committee discussed putting the issue on the April ballot at a meeting yesterday but no action has been taken yet. A decision has to be made by early next year to get the question on the ballot.
