Attorney General Brad Schimel says though it appearshis opponent Josh Kaul has won the election, he is awaiting other votes to becounted before he concedes.
Kaul claimed victory this morning, butSchimel says he wants to know what happened with the absentee ballots inMilwaukee County and wants all military ballots counted. The AttorneyGeneral says if the margin does not substantially change once that’s done, hewill concede and assist Kaul with a smooth transition.
