A new report says nearly 40-thousand voters who cast indefinitely confined ballots in the November election didn’t provide any voter ID.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission released the report last week. It says 80-percent of the nearly 200-thousand people who cast an indefinitely confined ballot in the state had shown their ID in a recent election. But that means nearly 40-thousand people did not. The Elections Commission says one-third of indefinitely confined ballots in November came from people who are under 65-years old.
