Kyle Rittenhouse has to stop drinking and stay away from anyone who is a ‘known white supremacist’ if he wants to stay out of jail.
The judge in his case changed the terms of Rittenhouse’s bond. He is out of jail on two-million dollars bond for shooting and killing two men in Kenosha last summer and wounding a third. The modification came because Rittenhouse was seen in a bar earlier this month posing for pictures with Proud Boys.
The judge is defining white supremacist as people ‘known to harm, threaten, harass or menace others on the basis of their race, beliefs on the subject of religion, color, national origin, or gender.’
