That’s just a penny higher than a week ago and is 15-cents below the national average of two-39 a gallon. Triple-A says drivers are paying 2.17 a gallon in Appleton, 2.22 a gallon in Oshkosh and Madison, 2.25 in Wausau and 2.24 in Milwaukee and Kenosha County.
