The man accused of hitting and killing three young girls and a mother with his truck is due in court in Chippewa County today.
The Lake Hallie police sergeant says 21-year-old Colten Treu crossed the center line on Highway P near Webber Field on Saturday and hit three Girl Scouts as they were picking up trash on the side of the road. Treu could be facing multiple charges including hit-and-run involving death and homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
