A Cumberland man is facing formal first-degree homicide charges for what investigators are calling a road rage homicide shooting.
The D.A. in Barron County last week filed the charges against Clayton Lauritsen. Police say he shot and killed 45-year-old Lauritz Robertson back on December 28th. No one is saying exactly what led to the shooting, but police are confident in calling it road rage.
