Police in Eau Claire are looking for answers about a New Year’s Day stabbing.
It happened early Saturday morning after a fight outside the Brickhouse Pub on Birch Street. One man was taken to the hospital, and he is expected to survive. Police say they took one person into custody after the fight. There is no word on what started it all.
