On Tuesday, December 29th at just before 10:30 in the morning, the Wisconsin State Patrol responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash in Jackson County at milepost 98 eastbound.
Upon arrival it was discovered the passenger, 41-year-old Michael Anthony Greengrass, from Hixton, was ejected from the vehicle and was later pronounced deceased. The driver of the vehicle, 28 year old Autumn Holbach, was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. The initial investigation indicates the vehicle lost control, entered the median, then crossed the eastbound lanes into the ditch, and rolled several times.
The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
