The top woman at the state’s Department of Health Services is set to defend the order that limits bars, restaurants, supper clubs, and stores to just 25 percent of their capacity.
DHS Secretary-designee Andrea Palm is supposed to appear in a Sawyer County courtroom today to defend the governor’s crowd limit order. A judge last week froze that order, and told the governor’s office to come to court today and make the case as to why it should be reinstated.
