Casting a vote back in 2018 has earned an Eau Claire man five days in jail.
A judge sentenced Chad Armstrong to jail last week. He pleaded down from felony voter fraud to misdemeanor charges. Armstrong is a felon, he has six OWI’s, and is not allowed to vote. In 2018, he lied to get a ballot and cast his vote.
