The young man accused of killing two people and wounding a third during Kenosha’s nights of violence last month is due in an Illinois courtroom to see when he will be coming back to Wisconsin to face charges.
Kyle Rittenhouse has a hearing in Lake County, Illinois today. Prosecutors in Kenosha have filed homicide charges against him. Rittenhouse’s lawyers say he was acting in self-defense when he shot and killed two people on August 26th. Rittenhouse also reportedly shot and wounded a third person.
