Pets and their owners are getting into the Halloween spirit.
The annual Strut Your Mutt Howl-O-Ween event was held yesterday afternoon at the Hobbs Ice Arena boat landing in Eau Claire. Around 25 pets and 50 people participated in the event, which included a costume contest and a walk along the Chippewa River Trail.
