UW-Eau Claire is adding to its Constitutional Studies center.
The Menard family yesterday announced a three million-dollar gift to start a five-year program that will focus on the First Amendment. The Constitution Center will also be renamed for the Menard family. UW-Eau Claire officials say the gift will help them provide a better experience and better course of study for students.
