The Wisconsin Supreme Court is putting a hold on the mailing of absentee ballots.
The state high court announced the ruling today as it considers a lawsuit filed by Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins. Hawkins is challenging the decision by the state elections commission to keep him off the ballot. Nearly a million absentee ballots have been requested and the high court wants to review that information before ruling on the Hawkins’ lawsuit.
