The Eau Claire Police Department says one person is facing charges after passing out in a cab for three hours.
Police say a cab driver flagged down an officer last night and told them a person passed out hours ago. The driver made other trips while the passenger slept. Police say the passenger was arrested on an existing warrant. Police say they also had a folded up 20-dollar bill with white powder on it. They were charged with possession of cocaine.
