WI Joins Court Case Over Census

Wisconsin is now on the record in the court case over the U.S. Census. A

Attorney General Josh Kaul yesterday joined several other states and mayors in filing a brief to the case that challenges plans to end the Census count early. Kaul says the proposal to stop accepting self-response census forms at the end of September will impair the ability to count everyone in the country. Many Democratic leaders want as many people counted as possible, saying that will ensure as much federal money as possible. Kaul yesterday said the Trump Administration is trying to skew the results.
