A Polk County man is facing charges for killing his brother last week.
A criminal complaint filed in Polk County court says the 44-year-old man is charged with one count of 2nd degree reckless homicide after he head-butted his brother and beat him up. He’s being held on a 50-thousand-dollar bond.
