Rap artist and gospel preacher Kanye West is suing the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
The commission voted a week ago to keep West off the ballot in November. West wants a reversal of the decision. The commission claims his campaign missed a 5:00-p.m. deadline by seconds when turning in the two-thousand signatures on the petition to be eligible to go on the ballot. West’s camp contends the deadline is 5:01-p.m. and they didn’t miss it.
