Seven people, including three men from Oshkosh and four juveniles, are under arrest for several burglaries near the UW-Oshkosh campus.
The suspects are accused of stealing from homes, cars and garages after finding many unlocked or with open windows. Police say locking cars and homes is a first line of defense and people have to make it tougher for thieves to victimize them.
