There are a lot of unanswered questions about a million-and-a-half dollars in accounting errors at Eau Claire County’s Department of Human Services.
Sheriff Ron Cramer says his office is investigating. County Board member Mark Beckfield says there have been three thefts and accounting errors of over one million-dollars. He says taxpayers deserve to know what is going on.
