The State Department of Health says the seven-day average of new COVID cases is at its lowest level since mid-July.
The state today reports 478 new cases, sending the seven day average down to 760 cases a day. The positivity rate also dropped a half-a-percent from Tuesday to four-point-eight-percent. Since the beginning of the a pandemic there have been over 62-thousand confirmed COVID cases in Wisconsin and one-thousand-and-eleven people have died.
