Governor Tony Evers and Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul are both expressing disappointment in the State Supreme Court ruling regarding lame duck laws passed in late 2018.
The court today upheld the laws passed by the Republican dominated legislature that reigned in the powers of the incoming Democratic Attorney General. Kaul says the decision undermines the authority of the Attorney General.
