Eau Claire is getting ready for in-person voting in August.
City Clerk Carrie Riepl said 300 poll workers are signed up to work the election and some want to commit for November. There was a shortage of poll workers in April because of the coronavirus pandemic. Riepl said anyone wanting to work at the polls will have to attend training in mid-July.
