A Minnesota man is facing a return to Wisconsin for the 2016 disappearance of a Buffalo County woman.
Police in Minnesota arrested Randall Merrick yesterday. He was Beth Johnson’s boyfriend back in 2016. She hasn’t been seen since December of that year. Investigators are not saying what led them to arrest Merrick now. He is due to face charges in Buffalo County, though no one is saying when.
