A man with the tools to steal dozens of identities and bank accounts was arrested in Menomonie.
Police arrested Ronald Jenkins on Sunday. Officers found dozens of different ID cards, dozens of debit or credit cards, another 65 personal checks, as well as ten payroll checks in his car. The checks and cards all had different names. In addition to that, police say Jenkins had a printer and the tools needed to make fake checks or ID cards.
Jenkins left jail yesterday on a 15-hundred-dollar signature bond.
