VA hospitals in the state are reviewing their report card from the Department of Veteran Affairs. The department released its latest performance evaluations.
Out of 146 hospitals listed nationwide, Madison’s facility earned the highest five-star-rating and showed improvement. The hospital in Milwaukee showed little change and earned three stars. The VA Medical Center at Tomah also earned a three-star-rating.
