A new Marquette Law School Poll surveying Wisconsin registered voters shows a decline in the approval rating of President Trump’s handling of the coronavirus crisis.
In March the president’s approval rating was 51-percent when it came to the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. The May survey shows a decline of seven points to 44-percent approval of his coronavirus strategy. Concern about the pandemic has also lessened with 50-percent surveyed earlier this month saying they are very concerned about COVID-19 compared to 68-percent in March voicing deep concern.
