WOMAN FOUND GUILTY OF STEALING FROM ANIMAL SHELTER

An Eau Claire woman is found guilty of stealing from an Eau Claire animal shelter.

Court records show Nicolle Wilson pleaded no contest to two counts of theft and one count of fraud. A criminal complaint shows Wilson was the bookkeeper for the humane society. She was accused of trying to cash a 60-thousand-dollar check.
