The Army Corps of Engineers is mobilizing in Wisconsin.
The Corps is tasked with converting the state fairgrounds into an alternative care facility to deal with COVID-19 patients. Governor Evers says the alternative facility will be critical in making sure the healthcare systems in the southeastern part of the state are not overwhelmed by the coronavirus crisis.
