A 30-million-dollar investment is being made into revitalizing downtown Janesville.
The Blackhawk Community Credit Union announced yesterday construction of a new facility that will serve as its new headquarters and as a legacy center for General Motors. GM closed its auto-manufacturing plant in Janesville in 2009. The credit union plans to break ground a year from now.
