CHEERS TO BEERS!

CHEERS TO BEERS!

Today is National Beer Day.

Celebrating this made-up holiday is as simple as grabbing a cold one and maybe taking to social media with the hashtag National Beer Day.  National Beer Day is observed on the seventh of April because it was on this day back in 1933 that President Franklin Roosevelt made the first official move toward ending Prohibition.  He signed into law the Cullen-Harrison Act, making it legal for beer to be brewed and sold as long as it was less than four percent alcohol by volume.

To all of our Wisconsin and local brewers riding out the waves of this pandemic, we salute and raise a cold one to you. Cheers to days ahead.
