After a week of confusing, heavy, and sometimes scary news it’s nice to take a little break and focus on something else. How about a day that ADDS up to a sweet treat?
In case you missed it, Saturday was Pi Day.
Each year on that day, mathematicians celebrate the symbol the represents the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. It’s celebrated on March 14th because the first three digits of pi are 3.14.
Coincidentally, March 14th is also Albert Einstein’s birthday, who was pretty good at mathematics himself.
If you didn’t celebrate then, how about today? Hey, PIE counts as a full meal. Enjoy!
