It is the latest sign that there could be a lot of water this spring and summer in Wisconsin.
The National Weather Service yesterday said the flooding risk in La Crosse is above normal. Forecasters have been saying for months that the Mississippi River will flood this spring. There is a good chance there will be major flooding along the Mississippi and the rivers that feed into it.
