The City of Eau Claire is looking to make improvements to a stretch of Oxford Avenue and Maxon Street.
Tuesday night, the City Council approved two-million dollars to be spent on replacing utilities and pavement in the area that’s considered the entrance to the Cannery District. Construction should start sometime this year or next spring.
