FORMER BADGER PLAYER SURRENDERS TO POLICE

A former Badger football player is surrendering to police in connection with a double homicide.

Marcus Randle El turned himself in to Chicago police Saturday afternoon. Randle El is accused of shooting Seairaha Winchester and Brittany McAdory in Janesville in the early morning hours on February 10th. The investigation remains active as police are still interviewing witnesses and collecting evidence.

He played as a wide receiver for UW from 2004 to 2007.   He is the brother of former Steelers wide receiver and current Tampa Bay offensive assistant coach Antwaan Randle El.
