An Eau Claire daycare owner is accused of breaking a child’s leg.
A criminal complaint says Sherri Schulner claims she dropped the child about six inches into a play-pen in October of 2018, but a doctor says that’s unlikely how the child broke its leg. Schulner is charged with physical abuse of a child.
