Today is Groundhog Day and that means Punxsutawney Phil is out with his annual weather prediction.
Phil was brought out of his burrow this morning in Gobbler’s Knob in front of cheering crowd gathered in the town of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania where his handlers – the Inner Circle as they’re known – read the proclamation.
