A man convicted of killing three people in Dunn County won’t get a new trial. Reports say Serghei Kundilovski withdrew his guilty pleas in court yesterday, but a judge ruled he couldn’t have a new trial.
Kundilovski argued he didn’t understand the consequences of his plea because he’s fluent in Russian and only speaks broken English. He pleaded guilty in November of 2017 to killing three people in a near head-on crash in July of 2017.
