There are a lot of people in Eau Claire wondering what happened to Joe Luginbill.
The former school board member and manager at the Luginbill Children’s Foundation has apparently skipped town and The Foundation appears to be closed without many answers. The space it rented at the State Theatre has had the heat turned-off. Details are still sparse and there seem to be few answers about what circumstances are surrounding Luginbill or the Foundation.
