Prosecutors in La Crosse are moving ahead with charges against a 39-year-old man who police say drugged and raped his roommate.
Police say Joshua Rice admitted that he injected his female roommate with ecstasy last week. Police say he then sexually assaulted her. In addition to a sexual assault charge, prosecutors filed a series of drug charges against Rice.
