A Rusk County man is charged with driving drunk with kids in his car.
A criminal complaint says Richard Rapp drove in and out of a ditch in Flambeau back on January 1st. Sheriff’s deputies accused Rapp of being drunk at the time and they say there was a five-year-old and a ten-year-old in his car. He’s facing three charges in the case.
