Eau Claire city leaders will consider the possibility of new apartments on the northwest side of the city.
A plan for up to 550 multi-family apartments on Kane Road near the Menards Distribution Center will go before the city plan commission Monday. Reports say a majority of the apartments would be workforce housing. Rezoning for the apartments has already been approved.
