WI SUPREME COURT TAKES ON VOTER ROLLS

It is going to be up to the Wisconsin Supreme Court as to whether 234-thousand voters in the state will have to re-register.

The state’s Court of Appeals yesterday decided not to take-on the case. The court said it is allowing the state Supreme Court to decide the issue. There is still a legal battle after an Ozaukee County judge ordered the voters removed last month. A judge will decide next week whether to hold the Wisconsin Election Commission in contempt because they continue to refuse to abide by that order.
