La Crosse is continuing a plan for a new multi-million dollar waterfront neighborhood.
Reports say the city is currently working on a site investigation, which is expected to be completed by April. The River Point District would take up a reported 65 acres of land, bring in commercial and residential buildings, and cost over 20-million dollars. Construction is expected to start in 2021.
