The Water Street development in Eau Claire is voted down.
The plan was to build a two story apartment and commercial building at the former BMO Harris bank on Water Street, though some people in the neighborhood wanted a drive-through restaurant as well.
Both plans were voted down by the Plan Commission Monday night. The city council will have the final say at a later meeting.
