Add Wisconsin to the list of states going to court to stop the Trump Administration from changing pieces of the Endangered Species Act.
Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul yesterday said he is suing to protect the environment and wildlife. Kaul is upset by rule changes that define the difference between endangered and threatened species, allow federal regulators to look at the cost of environmental protections, and end the use of future and possible climate change considerations when making decisions.
